Three people arrested for double murder at Embassy Suites hotel in Tigard

Gerald Randle and his brother, Andrew Randle, were found dead inside the hotel in 2022. Tigard police arrested three suspects earlier this week.

TIGARD, Ore. — Three people were arrested earlier this week for the deadly shooting of Gerald Randle, 38, and his brother, Andrew Randle, 37, at the Embassy Suites hotel in Tigard in 2022.

Around 1:30 a.m., on May 6, police responded to reports of hearing possible gunshots at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel on Southwest Hall Boulevard and Eliander Lane near Washington Square mall.

Officers searched the building and found Gerald and Andrew Randle dead inside.

"You have families that are here, you have people on vacation, people on business trips, and it's a concerning situation obviously," Kelsey Anderson, a spokesperson for Tigard police said at the time. "We're just really grateful that there's not an active threat and that this was isolated to the parts of the hotel where it happened."

A Washington County Grand Jury, on Jan. 5, charged Keontae Campbell, 23, Quandrae Harris-Streeter, 25, and Demarcus Davis, 31, for second and first-degree murder as well as a felon in possession of a firearm.

Campbell and Harris-Streeter were arrested by Tigard police earlier this week. Davis, who was already in custody on an unrelated charge at the Multnomah County Jail, will face additional charges as a result of the investigation.
