PORTLAND, Oregon — Portland set a record high temperature for March 18 at 77-degrees. It's Portland's warmest March day since March 31, 2017.
One final sunny 70 degree day on this Tuesday. Portland may reach 73, which would tie the record for today's date. Clouds and a few showers return to the forecast Wednesday. I don't see a lot of total rain until showers pick up Friday. Behind a Friday cold front, snow levels lower to 3,000 feet for the weekend with more than foot of snow expected at Mt. Hood resorts as Oregon's spring break again. The valley and coast will see likely rain at times Friday through Monday of next week as a more typical, wet weather pattern returns.
