Oregon loggers and truckers form parade of big rigs before rallying at Capitol
The drivers of log and tractor trucks minus their trailers formed a parade up I-5 Wednesday morning before parking at the Oregon State Fairgrounds. Drivers then made their to the Capitol building in Salem to protest a cap-and-trade bill that would dramatically raise the price of their fuel.
