With Joe Biden officially in the presidential race, do Oregon Democrats favor him over Bernie Sanders? Pacific University political scientist Jim Moore says that with so many others in the race, anything is possible. Biden, Moore says, is unique in 2019 in that he is a moderate and Sanders has the same 2016 platform.
