PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler held his monthly press conference at City Hall.
Among Wheeler's top priorities is affordable housing, and on Wednesday he introduced an ordinance that authorizes financing to construct the North Williams Center, a 61-unit affordable housing project.
