PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland mainstay has announced it will close its doors for good this Sunday.
The Fabric Depot said in a Facebook post that after 26 years in Portland, the store will close on Oct. 21.
Staff members told KGW the lease on their Southeast Portland warehouse became too expensive.
The post thanked customers for their years of loyalty.
“Please come say your goodbyes and shop 40% off everything before we close our doors for the last time,” the post said.
The store is located at 700 SE 122nd Avenue.
