SALEM, Oregon — One person is dead, and two are injured after an early Saturday morning crash in Salem

Emergency responders were called to the intersection of Kuebler Boulevard and Liberty Road South around 1:30 a.m.

The Salem Police Traffic team determined that 33-year-old Joshua Noel Guerra was travelling east on Kuebler Boulevard and did not stop for a red light. Guerra then collided with an SUV crossing the intersection on Liberty Road South.
