The lineup on the Kerby exit ramp from the Fremont Bridge is long during the afternoon commute.
Everyone has to deal with the congestion in the left turn lane trying to get over to North Williams Avenue via Kerby Avenue.
But many drivers we saw skip the line. They use the right turn, then make an illegal u-turn onto Kerby to save some time and beat the line.
