PORTLAND, Ore. — A resident at an apartment complex in North Portland stabbed a masked man who police said showed up at the person's door armed with a knife and threatened to stab them.
The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
According to the Portland Police Bureau (PPB), when the masked man came to the person's door and threatened them, the resident grabbed a knife and stabbed the man.
The stabbing happened around 6:45 a.m. Tuesday at an apartment complex on North Weidler Street.
PPB did not report the identity of the man who was stabbed or the resident who stabbed him. They didn't say if anyone was arrested or if criminal charges will be filed against anyone involved in this incident.
