As first hinted at back in November, the popular Wings & Waves Waterpark in McMinnville is now officially up for sale.

The park, which has a Boeing 747 on its roof, is one of five parcels in a 285-acre portfolio that the current owner, The Falls Event Center LLC of West Jordan, Utah, is looking to sell as part of an ongoing bankruptcy proceeding.

The other parcels include the building that houses the space portion of the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, an event and wedding venue called the Lodge, 220 acres of vineyards and farmland, and an adjacent, fully entitled development site for a 99,000-square-foot hotel.

JLL's Portland Capital Markets team, including Vice President Adam Taylor and Managing Director Buzz Ellis, is representing the owners. In a release, Taylor noted that the portfolio sits within one of Oregon's newly created Opportunity Zones, which offer tax deferral opportunities for investors.
