PORTLAND, Ore. -- Portland Police found the body of a 38-year-old man with paraplegia who was last seen on Oct. 16.
Police say there were no signs of foul play.
Brian D. Duncan was last seen by the Duckworth Dock near the Steel Bridge at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 16.
