TriMet launches three new bus lines

Line 42, Line 74 and Line 82 ran their first routes Monday

PORTLAND, Ore. — TriMet launched three new bus lines Monday.

Line 42 connects the Tigard Transit Center and the Beaverton Transit Center via SW Lombard, SW Denney Road, SW Scholls Ferry Road and SW Hall Boulevard. It runs every 30-45 minutes between 6:15 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays. (Story continues below)

Line 74 is a north-south line that connects Gresham and East Portland. The route runs along 162nd Avenue between Airport Way and Powell Boulevard, and then along Powell between 162nd and 182nd. Buses run on weekdays every 30 minutes between 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. (Story continues below)

Line 82, is in Gresham and runs between Powell Boulevard and Kane Road. The buses run on weekdays every 45 minutes between 6 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. (Story continues below)
