ALOHA, Ore. — A hit-and-run suspect was taken into custody after being barricaded inside an Aloha home for about two hours.

Isaiah Mohr was arrested on several charges including burglary, failure to perform the duties of a driver, attempting to elude police and theft.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office first received a call shortly before 10:30 a.m. about a hit-and-run crash near Southwest 198th Avenue and Kinnaman Road. Deputies learned a blue Toyota 4Runner, stolen out of Forest Grove, was involved in the crash.

Responding deputies saw the 4Runner heading east on Southwest Farmington Road but Mohr eluded them. A short time later, dispatch received a call about a suspicious man washing a 4Runner near the 16000 block of Southwest Timberland Drive.

Two deputies arrived and confirmed the vehicle was the stolen 4Runner. Mohr then rammed a deputy's patrol car, injuring the deputy, the sheriff's office said. The deputy would be OK.
