A brand new crime and investigation entertainment network is coming to Portland's airwaves – and it could mean bad news for the area's bad guys.

The Justice Network launched on KGW's digital subchannel 8.2 on January 20, 2015, featuring more than 500 hours of crime and mystery programming, including shows such as Alaska State Troopers, Body of Evidence, LA Forensics, Masterminds and more.

You do not have to have cable or satellite to see the Justice Network. If you have cable or satellite, the Justice Network is seen on the same channel where you found the Live Well Network.

You may have to rescan your television to receive the Justice Network. Refer to your television's manual for instructions on how to rescan on your model.

Here are the instructions for seven of the major television brands:

In an effort to make Portland safer, the Justice also offers safety tips and ask viewers to help track down most wanted criminals and missing children each hour.

"We are proud to make a difference in people's lives, fight crime and keep Portland safer," said Steve Schiffman, the CEO of the Justice Network.
