High water already threatens NOLA as hurricane season begins

Unseasonably high water in the Mississippi is causing concerns about the levee systems around New Orleans, as hurricane season is just getting started. Accuweather's Jonathan Petramala spoke with emergency managers about how the city plans to stay safe if a storm comes its way.
