In just a week and a half, on August 28, kids will be heading back to school in Portland. And it’s not just the students who might be sad about summer coming to an end. The family pet may also notice the relaxed routine around the house give way to the more frantic days of fall. Some animals can show signs of depression and separation anxiety.
