Happy Howli-days: Meet Jax, a Shepherd up for adoption
Sam Ellingson of the Oregon Humane Society for Southwest Washington stopped by KGW with Jax. He's a year old and now weights 37 pounds. Before coming to the shelter, Jax had his right rear leg amputated.
