Sweet foster dogs, available for adoption in Portland
Aug. 17 was National Clear the Shelters Day. Today, on Sunday, a local non-profit called One Tail at a Time PDX decided to try and clear the foster homes by introducing interested families to sweet foster dogs available for adoption. During our interview, we caught a cute moment!
