The shooting was reported shortly before 2 p.m. in the 8600 block of Southwest Muledeer Drive. The Washington County Sheriff's Office said the victim's injuries were not life-threatening. His name has not been released.

Domingo and the victim met online, according to Washington County Sheriff's Deputy Jeff Talbot.

“There was an agreement made for her to come over to the house and when she did ,she shot him once in the abdomen,” said Talbot.

It is unclear if the victim knew Domingo's age.

“We are still investigating what they knew and details leading up to the shooting,” said Talbot.

Domingo is also a suspect in an unrelated robbery reported May 12 in Camas.

Camas police said a 19-year-old man invited Domingo over to his home. Once he opened the door, Domingo and three men in masks forced their way inside.

Police said the suspects beat up one of the two men inside the home. A gun was fired but no one was hit.

Domingo, another teen girl and three adult men may have committed multiple other crimes in Washington and Oregon, investigators said.

“This is a complex case. It is also a sad case. We feel a little better knowing someone who committed two violent crimes within 24 hours is off the streets and public is a little more safe,” said Talbot.

Domingo is being held at the Clark County Juvenile Justice Center. She faces a charge of first-degree robbery, which is a Measure 11 crime. She will be charged as an adult.

Domingo will be brought to Oregon to face charges in Washington County.
