GRESHAM, Ore. – A woman was hit by a TriMet MAX train in Gresham Wednesday evening.
TriMet reported the collision at 9:13 p.m.
Gresham police said a woman crossed against the pedestrian signal at the East 181st Avenue MAX station when she was struck by the westbound train.
The woman was taken to the hospital but is expected to be OK, police said.
Buses were serving riders between East 172nd Avenue and Civic Drive following the collision.
