Man killed in Northeast Portland shooting identified

PORTLAND, Ore. — A person who was shot and killed last week in the Hazelwood neighborhood of Northeast Portland has been identified.

Police received a report around 1:30 a.m. Nov. 23 about a wounded person near Northeast 122nd Avenue and Davis Street. Later that day, Portland police said the victim had died.

The victim was identified Tuesday as 35 year-old Ian Alexander Phillips.

No suspect information has been released. No other details about the shooting have been released.
