A mix of passing cloudiness to begin your Saturday.  A weak weather system brushing our region to the north may produce traces of a.m. moisture over the Coast Range and the north Oregon coast up through Long Beach. Otherwise all will be dry today and tomorrow.  Increasing sunshine is expected during the day.

Slightly cooler air on this Saturday will lead to areas of morning cloud cover Sunday, but once again afternoon sunshine will be king.

A return of 90 degree heat for the Portland metro area is still on track to arrive Tuesday and possibly continue for three days.  I am tracking cooler weather for the Labor Day Weekend.  Keep an eye on Saturday of next week for possible showers and thunderstorms.
