If you are looking for a staycation in the Seattle area, there is a place tucked away in the woods off Interstate 90 in Fall City. It's a place where you can disconnect from the stress of life and reconnect with nature.

TreeHouse Point is a bed and breakfast of tree houses on a four acre property right along the Raging River. There are six treehouses and each has its own name and character.

Owner Pete Nelson, who's also host of the Animal Planet show "Treehouse Masters," named the first treehouse "Temple of the Blue Moon" for a reason.

"It's when you have two full moons in one month, and he was out here on a blue moon, and there was a beam shining here saying 'Build a treehouse here. This is the one!'" said manager Joanna Van Ronk.

Temple of the Blue Moon accommodates two people with a balcony that overlooks the river.

Some of them include bathrooms near the treehouse, but there is a shared bathhouse where you can take a hot shower. It has an upscale interior that makes you forget that you're sleeping in the woods.

"The main highlight of this bathhouse is something you can't see and that is the floor is heated," said Van Ronk.

TreeHouse Point prides itself on its attention to detail in each room, including special touches from the Pacific Northwest.

"You're welcomed with chocolates from a local chocolate maker in town and breakfast prepared for someone who cares so much," said Van Ronk. "There's a lot of care here so that's what makes it special."

It's a place that where you can hunker down and read a book or go out an explore the surroundings by hiking or taking a bike ride. Van Ronk says one of the highest compliments came from a couple who had a chance to reconnect with each other during this getaway.

"The best thing that's ever been said since I've been working here is this trip saved their marriage," said Van Ronk.

TreeHouse Point is booked for this summer, but there is still availability in the Cedar Room above the main lodge.
