3-on-3 Blazers: Logo Lillard and the Blazers advance

On this week's podcast, we share our reactions to Lillard's walk-off game-winner, talk about his unbelievable first-round performance against the Thunder, and look ahead to the second round.

PORTLAND, Ore. — There are now two players in NBA history to hit more than one walk-off shot to end a playoff series: Michael Jordan and Damian Lillard.

Lillard joined Jordan on the exclusive list with a walk-off 3-pointer from 37 feet to beat the Thunder 118-115 in Game 5 of their first-round series on Tuesday night. Lillard's first walk-off shot was the 3-pointer with 0.9 seconds left that beat the Houston Rockets in Game 6 of their first-round series in 2014.

He set new franchise playoff records in Game 5 by hitting 10 3-pointers and finishing with 50 points. He broke his own 3-point record and bested LaMarcus Aldridge's previous franchise record of 46 points, set back in 2014.

The Blazers advance to the Western Conference semifinals to play the winner of the series between Denver and San Antonio. The Nuggets lead the Spurs 3-2 in that series.
