In Monday's filing, Terri's attorney states the withdrawl of the motion for visitation is in no way an agreement to maintain the status quo regarding the estranged couple's daughter, and that Terri does not, and will not, give up her right to seek legal custody of their daughter.
Instead, the motion filed Tuesdayblames Kaine Horman for public filings in the case that were 'vicious in tone and content' and 'villified' Terri. It accuses Kaine Horman of including inflammatory and irrelevant accusations , including explicit text messages between Terri and Michael Cook, that had no purpose other than to embarass Terri Horman.
According to Terri's attorney, the motion to withdraw was being filed to avoid litigation that is destructive to the parties and their daughter, despite very deep and great reluctance, and with grave concern about their daughter's short-term development and long-term well-being.
