PORTLAND, Ore. – Celebrate the community of St. Johns at the St. Johns Bizarre, happening from 10:00 a.m. to am-7:00 p.m. pm Saturday.
The family-friendly day in the heart of St. Johns is free, and open to the public..
This year marks the 12th year of creating a forum for neighbors and friends to celebrate the unique and eclectic character of North Portland.
The Bizarre brings music, crafts, and food to crowds attending the St. Johns Parade which kicks off at noon. The parade is now in its 56th year. After the parade, the six block area of the St. Johns Business District will close to traffic and fill with vendors.
This year marks a bigger than ever craft fair featuring more than 130 local vendors selling arts and crafts.
There’s also many kid-friendly activities and entertainment and fun for adults, as well.
An expanded beer garden gives you the opportunity to give back to the community while having a drink of local Occidental beer.
This year, donations are going to the the Roosevelt High School Theater and Band programs
