PORTLAND, Ore. -- It's an awkward end-result, courtesy, of some selective photoshopping.

The video, created by Elle UK, removes men from powerful groups, like British Parliament and iconic images, such as one taken the night Osama Bin Laden was killed.

What's left is the realization that women are few and far between at the top.

The video ends with a plea for #MoreWomen.

Allie Rosenfeld, 17, is working on it.

"I think it comes from a competitive nature," she said. "Girls see, I can do anything a boy can do. I can do it better."

Allie is one of more than 100 teens, taking part in this weekend's "Startup Camp" at Catlin Gabel School.

It teaches kids the ropes of pitching business ideas and founding start-ups.

Allie already has one up and running building stand-up desks in classrooms.

"It never really occurred to me that I can't do it," she said.

Perhaps that's because the camp's organizer is also a woman. Meredith Goddard says watching this generation of girls is encouraging.

"'Generation Z has a lot of confidence, and they're pretty practical, and they're pretty realistic," said Goddard. "Certainly, we're hearing a lot about women in start-ups, women in tech."

And, if you live in Oregon, you might also be hearing a lot more about women in office.

The state's governor and attorney general are both women.

The Multnomah County Commission is made up mostly of women and chaired by one.

"We're a diverse community," said chair Deb Kafoury. "We need to have men. We need to have women. We need people of color… It really is about having different voices at the table."

Allie has never met chairwoman Kafoury, but, based on her reaction to the video, it's clear that the two have a lot in common.

"I find it kind of powerful that I could be the change to that," said Allie, of the images depicted in #MoreWomen. "That one day, someone that I work with could be in those pictures and we could be filling up the majority of the room."
