ESTACADA, Ore. –- More than 50 firefighters battled a stubborn house fire that destroyed a mobile phone and a motor home.

Initial reports from neighbors shortly after midnight Wednesday suggested someone was inside the mobile home, but that turned out to not be the case.

Firefighters from Estacada and Clackamas Fire fought the blaze that appeared to have spread from the motor home to the mobile home. Both appear to be a total loss.

Crews found several challenges fighting the fire, from a cluttered home, to a failing floor and collapsing roof.

They fought the fire from the outside after it was determined the home was unsafe to enter.

Nobody was hurt fighting the fire. The cause remains under investigation.
