A special needs student assaults a teacher. Could anyone have prevented it? – A Beaverton teenager with disabilities is in jail for seriously injuring his teacher. An investigation found the teacher was unaware of key details about the teen's condition before the attack. “I kind of lost it, fell into that state, and ran up and punched her. It was not a good thing, but it’s the thing I did," Cianan Nelson told KGW.

Rabbits in Cannon Beach

Rabbits are taking over Cannon Beach and causing a divide – “At first when there were only a few bunnies, everybody thought they were cute,” says homeowner Sandy Fitzpatrick. “Now we're up to hundreds of bunnies.” The city is being asked for a solution but said folks seem to be split down the middle. “It's almost like politics.," Fitzpatrick says. "You don't ask what side they're on because you'll get their opinion one way or another."
