'Several' armed suspects rob Lynnwood pot shop, multiple still outstanding

The owner of Euphorium Lynnwood said some employees and security staff were injured in the robbery, although the injuries were not serious.

LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Several armed suspects robbed a marijuana dispensary in Lynnwood Thursday evening. One suspect was taken into custody, but police are searching for two other suspects allegedly involved. Police believe the suspects are armed.

According to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office (SCSO), deputies responded to Euphorium Lynnwood, located on the 20900 block of Cypress Way, before 9 p.m. Thursday after “several armed suspects” robbed the dispensary.

The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle and were later found by officers with the Lynnwood Police Department and pursued into Seattle.

The suspects reportedly abandoned their car in Seattle's Green Lake neighborhood and fled on foot. One of the suspects was arrested in Seattle, but police are still searching for two other suspects.

The owner of the store said some employees and security staff were injured in the robbery, although not seriously. The suspects also made off with products. 

“Several individuals decided they wanted to rob our location. There was some unfortunate events that occurred, and some product was stolen, but more importantly, some of our budtenders and security staff was injured also,” said store owner Kristian Briggs. “They’re not seriously injured, but traumatically they are affected by this.”

No suspect descriptions have been released at this time.

The SCSO assisted the search with a K9 tracking team. The Seattle Police Department and King County Sheriff's Office also assisted with the search.
