A man was seriously injured in a shooting in North Portland’s Dawson Park Tuesday night, police said.
At 7:13 p.m. Portland police responded to a report of gunfire at the park, located at 2949 N. Williams Ave.
During their investigation, officers were notified that a man had arrived at an area hospital with life-threatening gunshot wounds. Police believe he was shot at Dawson Park.
Officers also found evidence of gunfire at the park.
No arrests have been made in this shooting. Anyone with information or has video surveillance of the shooting is asked to contact police at 503-823-4106.
