PORTLAND, Ore. — A man was shot and killed early Thursday morning outside the Dream On Saloon.
Portland police identified the victim as 26-year-old Edward L. Taylor Jr. of Portland.
Officers were dispatched at 1:54 a.m. on multiple reports of gunfire near the bar, located at 15920 SE Stark St. They found Taylor on the sidewalk. Emergency medics declared him dead, according to Portland police.
Evidence of gunfire was found in the parking lot. A search for suspects yielded no results.
Police said there is no danger to the public from this shooting.
