SALEM, Ore. — A 39-year-old man wanted for allegedly raping a minor was arrested Friday afternoon.
A citizen recognized the suspect, Nathan Lamar Richardson, and his girlfriend, 19-year-old Alyssa Storms, at a West Salem Burger King and called authorities. The couple was arrested without incident as they left the restaurant, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
The investigation into Richardson, also known as Twain, began in September. Richardson had a warrant for his arrest for a parole violation. Storms had a warrant for her arrest for possession of methamphetamine.
