Driver hits pedestrian, leaves scene in Aloha, deputies say

The suspected driver and a passenger left the area in a white Honda, witnesses said.

ALOHA, Ore. — A young man was hit by a car in Aloha on Thursday afternoon and the driver left the scene, authorities said.

Witnesses called 911 and reported that an 18-year-old man was hit by a car at 6477 SW 192nd Ave., according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspected driver and a passenger left the area in a white Honda, witnesses said.

KGW's Mike Benner reported that authorities believe the teen should make a full recovery.
