HILLSBORO, Ore. — A man accused of killing his wife took his own life in their Hillsboro home Wednesday night, police said.
Authorities searched the home, in the 6700 block of Southeast Patricia Lane, while investigating the murder of 47-year-old Tricia Carver.
Tricia's husband, Lemarr Carver, was a defense attorney based in Beaverton and an ex-Marine.
Her body was found Monday morning after Marion County deputies were called to a field in the area of Vachter Road NE and River Road NE, near St. Paul.
Tricia had been reported missing to the Linn County Sheriff's Office on Monday, deputies said.
