Tacoma's "Festival of Sail" tall ships festival is underway, with an equally tall duck.
The largest rubber duck in the world migrated through the Foss Waterway Thursday.
"Mama Duck" is 61 feet tall, 50 feet in diameter and weighs 23,000 pounds. She'll stay through Sunday.
