PORTLAND, Ore. — Flying can be stressful and uncomfortable, but an airport with attractive amenities, easy transportation and modern infrastructure can take the edge off.

Research company J.D. Power has ranked air passengers' customer satisfaction with North American airports for more than a decade. Its latest rankings are based on responses from 32,276 travelers on several aspects of their airport experiences in the prior three months.

In the company's latest rankings, Portland International Airport scored well among similar-sized facilities.
