Free Comic Book Day is May 4!

May the Fourth be with you and also with free comics.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Head to your local comic book shop this Saturday, May 4 to celebrate Free Comic Book Day.

More than 5.2 million comic books will be given out for free across the country! It's not just for comic book nerds. It's a time for anyone to pick up a comic and give it a read.

The man himself, the late Stan Lee was a proponent of Free Comic Book Day, need anyone say more?

Comic books promote literacy and celebrate art. There will be 51 free titles available this Free Comic Book Day.
