This is no easy task. I met up with a family memeber who created these rides . And her story was Amazing as the Person that had created these no longer is living to day.

"There is a lot of engeneiering work that has to be done and Keeping these things running is a feat in its self." the Woman had said, though I fer got to get her name.

"The minatures are from Germany and are very Expensive, there not just dolls but minitures and very hard to get."

This Display is in Castle rock and is open to the public for viewing and it has been featured in the "Daily News"

I jst wanted to share with a small video presentation . You have to see it for your self to believe it.

Castle Rock Washington is a small city just out side of Longview, where the people are freindly and mostly quiet, eh unless the races are on :)

Castle rock sits near the Cowlitz River and many locals can bee seen fishing it. The Cowlitz River is shallow enough in places were a person can literally walk from one side to the other with out getting out of it.

This was acoomplished after M.T. St. Helens erupted back in May .18 1980.

The castle rock Fair Graounds had to be dug out. and many buildings had to be restored.

I ran into a Photographer . But he was "displeased with his Job" He ha said that he had liked sporting events better then the assignment they gave him. heckI felt like taking that camera from him and getting the shoots my self then write my name down and send it with him. It is a Sad day when a Photographer complains on a shoot one has to do.

Heck I could have taken shots of the kids playing at the pumps and invented a sport , Horse showing is a sport is it not? dancing?

heck the entire fair is a sport, if one would take the time to view it as such.
