What do pop star Shakira and students at the Portland French School (PFS) have in common? Both are dancing to promote universal education through the 1GOAL project, which is asking supporters to film themselves dancing to Shakira’s hit song, “Waka Waka: (This Time for Africa)” and post the video on the official 2010 FIFA World Cup site. “Waka Waka” is the official theme song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, which will be staged June 11-July 11 in South Africa.
