In the morning on Sunday February 7th, we were returning home at 10:00 after going out to breakfast. When we approached the intersection at Durham road and 72nd street in Tigard, we saw the light and it was malfunctioning! All the reds were on no matter what. The green and the yellow lights continued to operate properly along with the reds on continuously on all lights in the intersection. Drivers were confused when they approached the light with green and red on at the same time unsure if they should go or not.
