A friend on facebook left me a message about 3 bright lights over PDX so I went to look. It was a perfect formation triangle but the 3rd one began to leave. The third one had running lights on it like a ticker. As you can see the lights are very bright! I took the pictures of PDX from my home in Vancouver, Washington.
