These are my girls who have been missing since earlier in the week. We are having the hardest time getting anywhere because the girls are believed to be with their biological mom, which makes this a "custodial issue." Nevermind the fact that they both have medical needs, and their mother has had all of her children removed from her home for being deemed unfit to care for them. We are at our wits end, and very upset with the systems that are supposedly in place to protect children, yet do quite the opposite. Please help.
