Multiple exposures of Asteroid 2012 DA14 taken Feb 15, 2013 (just 9 hours after its closest approach to Earth) from 8:31 to 8:36 PM PST. I used an 11 inch, f/10 Celestron Schmidt Cassegrain telescope with a Nikon D7000 camera at prime focus. 3-second exposures at ISO 4000 every 15 seconds. Asteroid was around 134,000 miles away and magnitude 12.5. Taken from Vancouver, WA by Steve Lantz.
