On the evening of Oct. 10th, three Portland police motorcycle officers positioned themselves at the base of the I5 SB hill past the Hwy 99 exit in a well coordinated speed trap. They did this despite the fact that it was impossible for them stop potential speeders before they crossed into Washington county, outside their jurisdiction. They repeated this action purposefully several times. If the tickets they handed out were the same as the one I received in the same location several weeks ago, the location that they list reads "I5 SB/Haines Street, Portland", even though that intersection exists in Tigard, within Washington county.
