While driving from Chelan to Grand Coulee, Wash. on Sunday, my wife and I encountered a brush fire in rural central Washington. By the time we reached Coulee Dam, the small town adjacent to Grand Coulee Dam, the fire had advance up and over a ridge which overlooks the dam.
