My husband, John, was driving home from work and saw a bald eagle in a tree just off of Walnut Street in Tigard. He watched it for about 10 minutes and then came home and we all went back out to see it. We were able to find it and watch it again for about 10 more minutes and it was being harassed by a large group of crows and eventually flew away.
