This is the view we saw on 15th Street on our morning walk in Downtown Oregon City...on the first day of "Carmageddon"... the closing of Highway 213 at I-205. This is late in the morning commute...and typical of the traffic, so far, all day. We walked down Washington Street to Home Depot, on our walk back from Home Depot, we kept even with the traffic all the way along Washington Street to 14th Street...right next to the same car all the way.
