We walked outside a few minutes before 11 PM Friday sept 30th. There were few wispy clouds and it was a very nice evening. We looked up to the East and saw more than 7 reddish-pink lights moving south. At first we thought they were helicopters, but there were so many, and there were no sounds coming from them. They formed a sort of formation and the lights seemed to pulse slightly. As they moved south toward Portland, each of them blinked out one by one. The scene lasted about three minutes -long enough for me to dash in and grab my cell phone to take pictures. The photos were much too dark but I managed to use my computer to lighten the sky so we could look at at what we got. Not impressive, but who else saw them? They seemed to be over I-205 or east Vancouver. it is very disconcerting. Nena
