This morning, six finalists competed in the Finals of the Second Annual Foster Farms Fresh Chicken Cooking Contest at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in the Napa Valley. Rebecca Spence from Vancouver, Wash. beat out 2,000 recipes with her Crispy Orange Chicken with Fennel, Avocado and Orange Salad recipe to win $10,000 and a year’s supply of Foster Farms fresh chicken.
